Las Vegas, NV -- With the recent outages at Amazon Web Services and Iron Mountain shuttering its cloud storage business, Nirvanix today announced new Cloud Sideloader™ technology that empowers customers to migrate files from these cloud service providers directly into Nirvanix's cluster of enterprise-grade storage datacenters.

With other cloud providers, customers have to download their files to an intermediate location, then re-upload them to a new cloud. Specifically, Cloud Sideloader can directly ingest data from other cloud providers' data centers without going through secondary locations. The Cloud Sideloader API consumes URLs directly into the Nirvanix Cloud Storage Network and begins "sideloading" data from one cloud to another.
